Dipo Fakorede & Co. is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, we were registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry-out business in the nature of Estate Surveying and Valuation in September, 1997 and commenced operation on 2nd October, 1997.
Over the years we have provided comprehensive property consultancy and marketing services for all types of urban and rural real estate developments throughout Nigeria. We have undertaken various projects for corporate bodies, private individuals and State Government amongst them are: Lagos State Government,Heritage Bnak, FCMB Plc, Enterprise Bank Plc, Union Homes, Royal Exchange and Investment Limited, Sterling Bank Plc, Skye Bank Plc, Skye Mortgage, Zenith Bank Plc, First Bank Plc etc.
