Dipo Fakorede & Co. is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, we were registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry-out business in the nature of Estate Surveying and Valuation in September, 1997 and commenced operation on 2nd October, 1997.
Over the years we have provided comprehensive property consultancy and marketing services for all types of urban and rural real estate developments throughout Nigeria.

Head of Practice
A graduate of Estate Management with over 35 years' experience in real estate practice across Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and is registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He completed the Chief Executive Programme at Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University) and attended IESE Business School,University of Navarra, Barcelona.
Executive Director
A graduate of Estate Management with over 25 years' experience in estate agency, letting and sales, valuation and property development. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Platinum Mortgage Bank and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Associate Partner
Holds an HND in Urban and Regional Planning from Yaba College of Technology. She joined the firm after her NYSC year there and has risen to Associate Partner. She previously managed the Arepo office for three years and now leads the firm's property management portfolio and serviced properties.
